Scheduling Fee/New Client Registration Fee

To ensure we can offer the best service to you and your pet, we have in place the following policies:

1. Scheduling Fee: At the time of scheduling an appointment a $65.00 scheduling fee is required to secure your appointment time. This will be applied to your invoice and is non-refundable.

2. New Client Registration Fee:
At the time of registration there will be a $65.00 registration fee for all new clients to secure your appointment time. This will be applied to your invoice and is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation/No Show: In the event that the scheduled appointment is missed or cancelled the $65.00 fee will be forfeited.

4. Re-schedule: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at a minimum of 24 hours in advance, to avoid any fees. Appointments re-scheduled in less than 24 hours will forfeit the $65.00 fee.

By signing the scheduling fee/new client registration fee, you have agreed to the terms stated above. We will process the $65.00 scheduling fee by way of credit card/debit card over the phone when you are scheduling your pet(s) appointment. We do not hold your credit card/debit card details.
