Dr. Gillette, Alyssa, Story and Khalil were so friendly, courteous and informative. Being new to the area and new to the office, they treated my pet and myself like family! We are so grateful to have found True Companion!

The vet took us in, for an ultrasound for my cat, at the last minute so that I wouldn’t have to take her home and bring her back. I really appreciated that and although it wasn’t good news, I’m sure my cat appreciated that too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really liked Erika. She is very knowledgeable and recognized another issue that my cat was having with his fur. I really appreciate that.

The staff was incredibly kind and compassionate to my baby. They explained everything step by step and continued to communicate with me throughout the exam. Their strict adherence to Covid guidelines also gave me a bit of relief knowing he is safe.

From the initial after-hours, emergency phone call through the visit, we found the staff to all be friendly and helpful. If we didn’t already have a vet who has been seeing our girl from the very beginning, who we love, we would surely switch.

I have always felt that my dogs are well taken care of and Dr. G is always honest with me about any treatment or recommendations. It isn’t about taking me down the path of most expensive, but actually relying on her expertise.

Very friendly staff. Everything was explained from beginning to the end. I loved the fact that I didn’t have to fill out paperwork. The receptionist asked me the questions and she filled in the answers on the computer.

Although I have a regular vet and visited on a Saturday due to an emergency, they did not treat me as an outsider at all and made us all (entire family) feel very welcome. It was a great experience and we are considering making them our home veterinarian!

The place is really clean. Reception lady was really nice . I was not the one bring my dogs in, but when I picked up the dog they had everything ready for me and answered all of my questions .

My German Shepherd Sam has had to have laser therapy for two weeks due to a spine injury, and he gets so excited about going for the visits, and continues to get better and improve each day! This is one of the BEST vet offices I have ever been to. We love them! They are so warm and friendly and really truly care about you and your pets. We came here when our regular vet was closed over the weekend and our dog had an emergency. Dr. G went to bat for me and my dog and made a great treatment plan that worked for him and for me. Their hours are great as well because we all know pet emergencies dont stick to the 9-5. We will be switching here for regular care too!

The staff are so friendly and you cannot beat the hours! We’ve been going to Black Horse for the past couple of years but it’s difficult to make it there because their hours are only Monday-Friday which is very inconvenient. True companion is nice, new and very clean! The staff are ridiculously helpful and nice. The veterinarian I saw for my cat was very thorough in explaining the information, friendly, positive and helpful! I Recommend this place to anyone, definitely making this place our new vet!
